Business and preparing

After submission you will be contacted about your paper or poster's status.  We are going to try and use the themes to assist and build the schedule.  If you selected "Paper but willing to do Poster" we will let you know which format will fit in the schedule.

Due at the arrival of conference
    Paper presenters need their .ppt and talking notes for the conference proceedings.
    Poster presenters  need a 1 page PDF of their poster to be included in the conference proceedings.
*Have an identifiable flash drive back up of your poster and/or presentation files in case of lose of network.
